Buyer Agreement:
- All items are pre-order items, including the digital items. They may take 1-3 months to be produced, and will be shipped after. Dates may be subject to change; please check our social media.
- Reselling these items are not permitted.
- Orders are shipped from USA.
- UK Buyers: Due to the VAT laws, we can only ship the zine-only bundle (Mysterious Mismagius) to you, and this bundle will unfortunately not come with any stretch goals or early birds. Any other bundles bought will be refunded.
- UK/EU Buyers: You are responsible for VAT for your items
- Russia/Ukraine Buyers: Unfortunately we cannot ship to these locations. We also can't ship to any suspended locations listed here.
Refund Policy:
- If items are missing or damaged, please email us with photo/video evidence, and we will try replacing or refunding the items if we have the stock and/or funds.
- Items damaged after use is not eligible for refunds.
- Please make sure you have the right address! We're not responsible for shipping to the wrong address if that is what you've written down.
